VIDEO: Cyclist warns a women driver watching film on her smartphone while driving

A cyclist captured the moment he confronted with a women driver who was watching a film on her smartphone as she drove in Warrington in Cheshire. 

His helmet-mounted camera captured the moment as he warns the women about police arrest and moves on

The cyclist responds “You're watching a film while you are driving your car?" and the woman says: "No, I'm not driving, I'm listening to the film.".

the he replies  "please turn off the picture, police can arrest you for this, take your license".
